Ghobi Manchrian My Style (Cauliflower Manchurian)

1 medium size Cauliflower
4 cloves garlic finely chopped
2 tablespoon Cornflower
1 tablespn Maida
1 tspn Chili Powder
1 tbspn Dark Soya sauce
1 tbspn Sweet Sauce
1 tspn Tomato Sauce
1/4 Cup water
salt as per taste

Mix Corn flower, maida, chili powder with some water. Dip the cauliflower in this mixture & deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. In a Pan add 1 tbspn of oil fry garlic for few minutes and add in all the sauces and lill water to make a thick sauce. Immediately add in the fried Cauliflower into the sauce & serve hot.
Note: sauces generally have salt in them so be careful when u add salt. This dish needs to be had immediately to enjoy the crispiness.
