Yoghurt chicken curry!

This is a very easy recipe and can make it really fast. if you are in a hurry skip the marination and make this dish. When I am in a hurry and have less time I make this dish and it gets done in just 20 mins. It goes very well with rice, roti and even bread.

 Ingredients (serves 5-6)

1 Kg Chicken legs & thighs (Preferably big pieces of chicken)
200ml Plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Chili powder
2  tsp Coriander powder (I used fresh coriander, cut finely)
2 cloves Garlic, peeled and chopped
2 tbspn tomato ketchup
1 thumb size knob of ginger, peeled and minced
1 small Red onion, chopped
1 tsp Whole cumin seeds
salt according to taste

Method:
Marinate the chicken for an hour with all the above except onion & cumin. In a large pan add 2 tbspn of oil and fry the onion till golden brown now add the cumin and the marinated chicken. Fry this on medium heat for about 15 to 20 mins till you see fat separation. If you need more gravy add water. Garnish it with coriander leaves and chicken is ready.
