Stirfried Chicken with Mushrooms

Stir fry are the easiest & tastiest appetizer to make. Its been more than a month since we went out for lunch or dinner. Most of the weekends we are at home lazing around or  attending Birthday parties. To make our dinner a little special I deep fried the chicken which I rarely do. I love deepfry but I rarely so them coz of fear of more weight gain. Well here is the recipe.....

Ingredients:
500 Gms boneless Chicken
1 cup chopped white button Mushrooms
1 small green Capsicum diced
1 Tbsp Garlic Chopped
1 Tbs Ginger Chopped
2 Tbsp Light Soya Sauce
1 Tsp Oyster sauce
1/2 Tsp sweet Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
2 Tbsp Corn Flour
2 Tbsp Maida/ All purpose flour
1/4 Tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp all seasoning powder
Oil for deep frying
Salt as per taste

Method: Make a batter of Corn flour, Maida, pepper & salt Mix chicken in this & deep fry this for about 2 to 3 mins until done. Remove chicken & set aside. In the mean time take a heavy bottom pan add 2 tbsp of oil, fry garlic, ginger, salt & Mushrooms for 3 mins. Add in chili powder, all sauces, seasoning powder & cook on medium flame for about 2 minutes. Finally add in the crispy fried chicken & capsicum. Give this a good mixture so that the sauces blends in well. Yummy hot stir fry is ready. Serve this immediately to enjoy the crispness
