Chicken Steamed Dumplings

This one's a really simple recipe for a delicious appetizer. Well we had this for breakfast on Saturday.

Ingredients
For the Dough
2 Cups All purpose flour (Maida)
1/2 cup warm water

For the filling
1 Onion finely chopped
300 gms Chicken Mince
1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
1 Green Chili chopped
salt as per taste

Method:

Mix the flour, salt and knead to a stiff dough, with water. (Like Chapati dough). Mix Onion, chili, chicken, Soya sauce & salt in bowl & set aside. Roll the dough thin (translucent) and cut into 4"-5" rounds. Take a round, wet edges and place some filling in the center, bring edges together to cover the filling, twist to seal and fill the rest in the same way. Steam for about 10 minutes and serve with soybean sauce and chili sauce. I steamed them in the Idli steamer.

Well you can watch this video to learn how to seal in the stuffing. She makes it very easily.
