Watermelon Salad

This is the last week of BM 26 & I have chosen salads & soups for this week. The first recipe I will be posting is on salads. Its watermelon season now & I find this fruit so refreshing. I thought of making watermelon salad. Since waltermelon is such a sweet & refreshing fruit you needed had in a lot of seasoning. A very simple salad & tastes very refreshing.

Ingredients:

2 Cups watermelon cubes or balls
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1/4 tspn chaat masala
2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves
Handful of roasted Peanuts
salt as per taste
pinch of pepper powder

Method:
Use a small scoop spoon to get the ball shaped watermelon. In a bowl mix all the above ingredients & just toss it well so that the ingredients mix well. The salad is ready:)
