Ice Cream sandwich


Now that I have become a pro in Ice cream making, I wanted to try my hands in making creative ice cream dishes. Brownie with Ice cream is my all time favourite. The ice cream sandwich is nothing new, there are a lot of people who make this & it looks really delicious. I had made Brownies last week & I also had my Vanilla ice cream in stock. So I just layered them & came up with this beautiful looking Ice cream Sandwich.

Direction:
  1. In a Box Line the Brownies at the bottom.
  2. Now scoop ice cream from the tub & lay it over on top of the brownies. Based on your preference you decide on how much ice cream is needed 2 inch or 4 inch thickness.
  3. Cover the ice cream with the brownie again & freeze this for about 2 - 4 hours to set completely.
  4. To cut use a hot sharp knife & serve it with style. You may also want to add in some chocolate sauce or nuts on top.

    wow.. delicious.. kids wd love it for sure.. Reg chinese cabbage, it doesn't have any unique taste.. it is quite similar (not much) to very tender indian cabbage leaves.. but it is very crunchy and so is very tempting.. :)

    They look fabulous. I've not tried an ice-cream sandwich before, but if I do, I think your brownie one will take some beating. as usual, just need to create a bit of space in my freezer.
