Weight watchers Spinach corn Sausage Pizza!

I never thought making Pizza was this easy. I started baking Pizzas only some months ago and I must say eating Pizza is no more considered unhealthy (If its home baked) There are so many things you can put in the pizza just customise it your way. Every time I bake Pizza I try to add in different flavours. This Pizza dough I made it with Bread Flour and this flour is amazing. The texture of this base is very soft and just melts in your mouth. For very good base always use good quality bread flour. I don’t think you get bread flour in India:( You can use Maida/ all-purpose flour.

For the Base
1 full tspn yeast
1 cup warm water
2 cups (150g) flour
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Pinch of salt

In a small bowl, sprinkle the yeast on the warm water and stir to dissolve it. Set aside until the yeast starts forming bubbles in about 5 minutes. Pour the flour into a large bowl or on a work surface. Mold the flour in in a big plate with a hole in the centre. Pour the yeast mix in the center then the olive oil and a pinch of salt. Then mix with your hands to form dough, Sprinkle some flour on the work surface. Place the dough on the floured surface. Knead the dough briefly with your hands pushing and folding. Knead just long enough for the dough to take in a little more flour, and until it no longer sticks to your hands. With your hand, spread a little olive oil inside a bowl & put the dough inside.

Cover the bowl with a kitchen cloth, and set the bowl aside for approximately 1½ – 2 hours until the dough doubles in volume (I kept it just for 1 hour). The time required for rising will depend on the strength of the yeast and the temperature of the room. When the dough is double its original size, punch it down to eliminate the air bubbles now you can shape it the way you want:)

Pizza Sauce: 3 tabspn Tomato ketch up, 1/2 tspn salt, 1/4 spn Chili Powder, 1/4 tspn cumin powder, 1 tspn soya sauce, 2 Tbspn water (Well this is my version)

Topping: Steamed Spinach chopped, Boiled sweet Corn, cut chicken sausages, onion, 1 green chili.(Well you can add whatever you like,

Method.Keep the Base on the baking tray, spread the sauce cover the sauce with the topping and again pour the sauce over the topping. Finally garnish the Pizza with Low fat Mozerelle Cheese ( I used one handful of grated cheese) Bake the Pizza in a preheated oven at 160 degree for 20- 30 mins.
