Baked Juicy Chicken Kebabs

Chicken Kebabs are my all time favourite. I actually wanted to make fried chicken Kebabs but looking at the calories, I decided to tweak in my recipe & bake them instead. These turned out really good. This is a guilt free indulgence & just cant stop eating.

I made this on Sunday for Lunch & also threw in some cauliflower along with chicken. In the evening my hubby's friend dropped by & they had this with beer. He was all praise about this kebabs:) This is a very easy recipe & finger licking good. Here is the recipe...

Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken (medium size cuts)
1/2 cup Curd (Yogurt)
1/ 2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1/2 Tspn Cumin Powder
1 Tspn Coriander Powder
1 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp Ajwain
3 Tbsp Oil
Salt as per Taste

Method: Marinade the chicken with the above ingredients except Oil for about 2 to 4 hours. Place them in a baking tray & pour the oil on top. Bake the Chicken for 20- 30 minutes at 240 degree C (Maximum temperature). I also added some cauliflower along with chicken. Happy baking & eating:)
