I made this for breakfast using Puttu mixture. It came out very well & very easy to make.
Buy ready made Puttu powder (I used nirapara) 1 big cup Puttu powder, 1tspn yeast, 2 tbspn sugar, 1/2 spn salt, 1/2 cup coconut milk. Mix all this like dosa batter consistency and leave it for min 3 hrs. Now take a microwave bowl pour 3 tbspn of this batter & cook for 1 minute. If u want u can steam it as well. Microwave is the fastest way to make it:)
Tip: mix yeast, sugar in warm water allow it to bubble & then mix
