Chicken Lollipop



1/2 kg of chicken wings crafted into lollipops 
4 tbsp Maida
2 Tbsp spoons of Corn Flour
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 egg beaten 
1tbsp Ginger garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp Ajwain Powder
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper powder
1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
Water if required
Salt to taste
Oil for frying


Make a semi thick batter with the above ingredients & marinate the chicken in it for at least 3 to 4 hours. Later deep fry this for about 5 mins in hot oil. I just fried some curry leaves & garnished this dish.


  • If you want your lollipop crispy, juicy than fry them in medium heat for 4 minutes & high heat for less than 1 minute.
  • I dint add any color. The color comes from Kashmiri red Chili powder. If you want you can add color.
  • My mother always make Lollipops at home with wings. I make them at home only if its unavailablein the store. Watch this video on how to make lollipops with chicken wings.
